Identifies and validates specific spare parts based on customer’s requests and specifications.
Locates spare parts or products in relevant database to make sure it is available.
Gathers and prepares the necessary documentation for spare parts or products to fit the proposal.
Assists the product specialist or interacts directly with the customer to ensure they get the right selection of spare parts or products.
Ensure quality & timeliness of proposal deliverables with zero errors.
Co-ordinate with internal customers (Operation, services & audit departments).
Co-ordinate with suppliers and evaluate vendor offers.
Supporting sales Managers in effective manner to meet the targets.
Supporting Sales by Releasing the Spare order to Execution with all required details.
Understand drawings, materials, parts-lists, purchase specifications, manufacturing instructions, inspection requirements, assembly processes & Commercial transactions Including Tax Implications of various types of transactions.
Update the database with necessary details required for Quality Audit & Sales Analysis.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering)
Experience 3-7 years’ Experience in Costing, Estimation & Proposals in Engineering Industry.
Knowledge of Cement plant Equipment’s, spare parts & manufacturing experience.

Knowledge of doing costing, preparation of Techno Commercial proposal, contract documents & commercial Transactions
Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities through effective time management to deliver on client’s expectations.
Knowledge of Sales practices and procedures.
Good Oral & Written communication skills.
Good knowledge of cement & Mining plant Equipment's & Parts
Knowledge in Oracle 12 ERP system will be an added advantage, or any ERP knowledge is a must.
Competency with Microsoft office suiters.
Should be proactive, dynamic, and determined.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Should be good team player.
Good planning and organizing skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
Self-motivation and the ability to perform well under pressure.
