Requirement: - B.E / Diploma
Should have sound knowledge to understand the Hydraulic Circuit diagram / Machine Drawings
> Able to identify the Components & Equipment’s in Machines & peripherals for High pressure moulding line. > Able to identify & report abnormalities in his work spot During Breakdown maintenance
> Able to Rectify the Breakdowns as per instructions.
> Sound Knowledge on Hydraulic Cylinders, Sand Plant System and Melting Equipment
> To ensure safety of people / equipment’s
> Able to analyse and trouble shoot the breakdown with proper why why analysis and RCA.
> Able to maintain better housekeeping in his work spot & in Section
> Able to Maintain Tools & Instruments in good Condition.
> Able to highlight nature of non-conformance in the M/cs & Equipment’s During Preventive Maintenance.
> High Pressure Moulding Maintenance exposure with minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience
> Exposure on foundry maintenance.
> Sound Knowledge on TPM practices, IATF and EHS
