Mission

- Contribute to the definition and deployment of Standard tools and related methodologies

- Contribute to the definition of Group Solutions

- Contribute to the deployment of tools, their methodologies and the related Standards

- Through the key users network support to users

- Follow IT activities

Responsibilities

Contribute to the definition and deployment of Standard tools and related methodologies in

accordance with the following objectives:

 Compliancy with Group standards

 Improvement of standardization, R&D efficiency and Quality of Products

 Gather needs from the métiers and the key users.

Contributes for the definition of Group Solutions

 If nominated represents his organization at Group meetings and reports activity and indicators. Otherwise

feed the representative with his inputs

 Contributes for Business Need Specifications and Test plan definition, and suggests improvements

 Contributes for acceptance tests

Contribute to the deployment of tools, their methodologies and the related Standards

 Manages the deployment of new solutions and evolutions (including acceptance tests, information,

training, support, follow-up…)

 Ensures standard installation & standard usage of means

 Is responsible for the application of standards

Through the key users network support to users

 Follows up support activities

 Trigger / Support escalation processes when needed

Follow IT activities

 Work with R&D IS manager for the domain

 With R&D IS, ensure the availability of solutions (follow up of IT operations, KPis, crisis management)
