- Contribute to the definition of Group Solutions
- Contribute to the deployment of tools, their methodologies and the related Standards

Responsibilities
Contribute to the definition and deployment of Standard tools and related methodologies in
accordance with the following objectives:
Compliancy with Group standards
Improvement of standardization, R&D efficiency and Quality of Products
Gather needs from the métiers and the key users.
Contributes for the definition of Group Solutions
If nominated represents his organization at Group meetings and reports activity and indicators. Otherwise
feed the representative with his inputs
Contributes for Business Need Specifications and Test plan definition, and suggests improvements
Contributes for acceptance tests
Contribute to the deployment of tools, their methodologies and the related Standards
Manages the deployment of new solutions and evolutions (including acceptance tests, information,
training, support, follow-up…)
Ensures standard installation & standard usage of means
Is responsible for the application of standards
Through the key users network support to users
Follows up support activities
Trigger / Support escalation processes when needed
Follow IT activities
Work with R&D IS manager for the domain
With R&D IS, ensure the availability of solutions (follow up of IT operations, KPis, crisis management)
